Pottery glazing can be unpredictable and surprising.  Part of the beauty of pottery is that every firing has slightly different results making each piece unique.  The colour of glaze is often  affected by many factors such as seasonal temperature and humidity, natural organic elements in clay, even how full the kiln is. 

When purchasing your momento, you agree to these conditions:

• Glaze colouring will not be exactly as shown as each firing slightly varies. 
• Though we will work as fast as possible, we cannot guarantee that your finished product will be delivered in an exact time.  We always strive to complete orders within a maximum 3 weeks but due to shipping times, ….
• Ceramics shrink during the drying process and when fired in the kiln.  Expect your pets imprint to shrink approximately 20%
• There is a small chance that your momento can explode in the kiln and will need to be redone.  If this does occur, Mud and Happiness will contact you and send you a new kit at no cost to re-do your pets imprint.  If you are unable to re-do an imprint or would rather a full refund, that is ok too. 
• Cost of shadow box frame does not include the cost of the momento.  If momento is purchased with frame, then it will be mounted in the frame prior to delivery.  
• Mud and Happiness reserves the right to refuse service
