What is M&h
Mud and Happiness is a site dedicated to turning your pets unique print into a lasting momento. Like the stamp they leave on your heart, these impressions are wonderful reminders of the love you and your furry family members share. Whether you are welcoming a new pet or saying goodbye to an old one, these keepsakes honour their beautiful memories.

What we offer
Ask your veterinarian if our products are available, pick your favourite option and they will do the rest. Want to do it yourself? Simply reach out to us for a quote and we can send you a kit to take your pets imprint. Then simply pop the kit back in the return envelope and drop in any mailbox. Your momento will then be touched up, trimmed, slow dried, bisque fired, hand painted with the colour you chose and finally glaze fired for a permanent beautiful finish. You can expect your finished product back in 3-4 weeks (from the time the imprint kit is returned to our studio). We also have options to remove nail marks, add a hole to hang it or make an ornament, and even add a shadow box if you like.

Paint your own
If you want a great project for the kids or you just want to customize it yourself, we can leave the ceramic imprint natural and unglazed. We recommend you use acrylic paint. We still smooth out the imperfections, Centre if necessary, slow dry and then bisque fire for a solid Finish. This option is more budget friendly.
Hang them up
These imprints are hung on the wall with Fun-tack. It looks great beside other art or photos of your pet. You can also use a good quality double sided tape. Just make sure it‘s well adhered to avoid it falling and breaking.
Use our free easel
Every finished imprint comes with a free 3inch easel. Extra large imprints come with a 4 inch easel.
Display in your own Shadow Box
Glazed Imprints are a great addition to your own shadow box. Add a photo, pet tags, favourite toys and more to personalize it however you like.

Our shadow box is 7x7 inches and includes your choice of customized writing on the front of the glass. We use premium permanent vinyl lettering and can do up to 15 characters. Includes hardware to hang on the wall.
